Sammy Smith won three races in ARCA East Series competition in 2021, at 5 Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida, at Tennessee’s Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway and at Southern National Motorsports Park in Kenly, North Carolina.
Smith is only 17 years old and from Johnston, Iowa.
